Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) , or equivalent) would be an added advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years’ working experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, governance, or related areas.
Familiar with regulatory requirements, corporate governance practices, and compliance frameworks.
Good understanding of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, AML / CFT, data privacy, and whistleblowing frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
Good report writing and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office;
Strong communication skills in English and Malay.
Responsibilities
Manage the Complaints Management System for the Integrity & Governance Unit (IGU) (manual / online) including receiving, monitoring, and recording complaints on corruption, abuse of power, malpractice, and ethics violations.
Investigate misconduct, fraud, corruption, harassment, or ethical breaches; document findings, preserve evidence, and escalate cases to enforcement agencies where required.
Plan and implement integrity and ethics programs, including awareness materials and staff engagement initiatives.
Review and improve policies, systems, and procedures to strengthen governance and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support compliance reviews, site visits, and reporting to the Board, Board of Governance & Risk Committee (BRGC), and other committees.
Manage day-to-day IGU operations, including reporting, administration, and coordination of IGU-related meetings and activities.
