Key Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and bank transactions.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate staff salary records.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Assist in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on payment matters.
- Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company accounting policies.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
