Business Analyst (Bank) Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within retail and commercial banking, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, compliance, and marketing, to drive collaboration and ensure project goals are met. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed to keep projects on track. Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation within retail and commercial banking segments. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to translate business requirements into actionable solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) preferred. Proven experience in project management

business analysis roles within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on retail and commercial banking. Strong understanding of banking products, services, and processes, including deposit accounts, lending products, payments, and digital banking platforms. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to the banking industry, particularly in retail and commercial banking domains. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), as well as business analysis techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Microsoft Visio).
