Job description

Job Responsibilities

Compile, filing and monitor reports and documents of Technical and Maintenance such as :

  • Auto lube maintenance report - monthly
  • Anti-Theft maintenance report - monthly
  • Breakdown and rescue report - monthly
  • Maintenance service report – monthly
  • List and records of monthly summons report
  • Workshop downtime daily report – daily / monthly summary
  • Review of PDRM, JPJ, Local Authority summons for depot information
  • Daily report of Last mile truck downtime
  • Daily dashboard report for management meeting
  • Updating man hour mechanic’s – monthly summary
  • Filing vehicle plans, applying STKs with APAD, renewing APAD vehicle permits
  • Accept, distribute JPJ summons to depo
  • Manage the preparation of vehicle title change documents with the secretary department and register for new workshop job task in the VMS system
  • Registering a new vehicle in the VMS system
  • Create files for new vehicles purchased
  • Execute any given job from time to time such as printing and scanning of documents

Job Requirements

Pengalaman dan Kemahiran Pentadbiran

  • Pengurusan Dokumen : Berpengalaman dalam menyusun, memfail, dan memantau pelbagai laporan teknikal dan penyelenggaraan secara bulanan dan harian.
  • Penyusunan Laporan : Mahir dalam menyediakan laporan seperti laporan penyelenggaraan, laporan kerosakan, laporan saman, dan laporan masa henti (downtime) bengkel.
  • Sistem Pangkalan Data : Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan dan mengemas kini sistem pengurusan kenderaan (VMS system) untuk pendaftaran kerja bengkel dan kenderaan baharu.
  • Kemahiran Menyeluruh : Mahir dalam melaksanakan tugas pentadbiran am seperti mencetak, mengimbas, dan menguruskan fail.

    • Kemahiran Komunikasi dan Koordinasi

  • Kerjasama : Berupaya bekerjasama dengan pelbagai pihak, termasuk Jabatan Setiausaha, untuk menguruskan dokumen seperti pertukaran hak milik kenderaan.
  • Komunikasi : Mampu menerima dan mengedarkan maklumat penting seperti saman JPJ kepada pihak berkaitan di depot.

    • Kepatuhan dan Ketelitian

  • Ketelitian : Memastikan semua data dan maklumat yang dimasukkan ke dalam sistem adalah tepat.
  • Kepatuhan Undang-Undang : Memahami proses permohonan STK dengan APAD dan pembaharuan permit kenderaan APAD.
  • Pengawasan : Mempunyai keupayaan untuk memantau dan menyemak laporan saman dari agensi penguatkuasaan seperti PDRM, JPJ, dan Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan.
