Job description

Overview

Have knowledge and handling full set of accounts as below :

General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
Journal Entries & Audit Adjustments.
Assist day-to-day finance activities, including data entries, preparing sales invoices, delivery orders, banking, operation and account filing.
Support other ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior.

Responsibilities

Manage the full set of accounts and perform routine accounting tasks as listed above.

Prepare financial records, ensure accuracy, and comply with internal controls.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Diploma / Degree in finance, accounting or business study.

At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounting.

Responsible, willing to learn, accurate, meticulous, committed, and independent.

Computer literate with MS Office; knowledge of Autocount software is preferable.

Conversant in Mandarin to deal with stakeholders.
