Accounts Executive

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely month-end closing.

Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

Work with external accountant / auditor to ensure timely tax submissions (LHDN, SST, EPF, SOCSO, etc.).

Liaise with government bodies, banks, and external parties when needed.

Assist in preparing documents for audit and year-end financial closing.

Cash Flow & Payment Management

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Track accounts payable and schedule timely supplier and salary payments.
• Prepare weekly cash flow updates for management.
