Job descriptionRecording and processing payment transactions and ensuring their completion within the required timeframes. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations. Investigating and resolving issues with transactions, such as payout rejected by the PSPs. Providing customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns and coming up with solutions for any raised issues. Prepare and present accurate, timely reports to management to support decision-making and performance evaluation. Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with external parties, including payment providers.
Payments Processor is a key role in the finance and accounting department of a company, responsible for processing incoming and outgoing payments. They ensure that transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of the organisation.
