Exceptional interpersonal skills : Ability to forge strong partnerships with consultants, integrators, installers, and general contractors. Strategic ownership : Serve as the primary driver of commercial strategy for key datacentre accounts in Malaysia. Deep industry knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of datacentre demand drivers, buying cycles, and emerging technologies. Influence and leadership : Ability to motivate, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels. Superior organizational skills : Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Account Manager to drive our expansion in the vibrant Malaysian market. Based in Kuala Lumpur or Johor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of datacentre infrastructure.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World :
As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling CommScope's cutting-edge passive network infrastructure solutions to datacentre clients across Malaysia. Your mission will be to :
- Cultivate and expand client relationships : Build strong, lasting partnerships with key decision-makers in the datacentre ecosystem.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities : Proactively seek out and develop new avenues for growth.
- Understand and address client needs : Analyze client business, technology, and product requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue and achieve sales targets : Manage the sales pipeline, forecast demand, and close deals effectively.
- Lead strategic account and project planning : Develop and execute comprehensive plans to ensure project success.
- Become a subject matter expert : Stay abreast of the latest datacentre trends and technologies to provide expert guidance.
