Job descriptionDrive talent reviews, succession planning, and career development discussions. Talent Management & Acquisition : Guide and advising business leaders and hiring managers on talent requirements and optimal hiring strategies. Support performance management cycles, ensuring fairness and consistency. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and practices. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and best practices. Drive employee engagement initiatives and support pulse surveys, action planning, and execution. Ensure timely execution of HR processes such as onboarding, confirmations, exits, and transfers. Monitor adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate HR data and reports for assigned business units. Be an ambassador of organizational culture, values, and behaviors. Lead or support change management interventions and communication plans during organizational transformations. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in HRBP or Generalist HR roles. Exposure to HR systems, data analytics, and HR processes. Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills – effectively connect employees and business leaders. Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen - Able to learn quickly and catch up with the speed of growth Relationship Building : Proven ability to build strong, trusted partnerships across the organization and with external stakeholders. Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner , who will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. You will drive key HR initiatives across talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development, while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work culture.
