Job description

Product Support Specialist for a Global Manufacturing Leader based in Selangor.

Your new company Our client is a global leader in automation technology, specialising in innovative solutions for industrial robotics and advanced manufacturing. They empower businesses across various industries with cutting-edge systems that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Your new role You will be responsible as a Regional point of contact to support the expansion of the decentralised product support teams. Other key responsibilities also include :

Ensure holistic and timely support in coordination with the regional management
Project management for troubleshooting issues and customer claims
Collaborate with business units and quality assurance to develop solutions

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

3–4 years of proven experience in automation and robotics

In-depth knowledge of software programming skills

Proficiency in C++ preferred

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
