The Ideal Candidate :
- Holds a Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, or similar.
- Comes with at least 7 - 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or similar roles.
- Experienced in sales analytics, sales performance reporting, and data management.
- Strong project management, senior stakeholder management, and presentations skills.
- Ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
