Oversee customer data operations across CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data quality and integration through collaboration with regional teams and IT. Act as a key liaison across all markets to ensure tailored support while maintaining global consistency in processes. Define roles, responsibilities, and SLAs for teams, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and cross-regional knowledge sharing.
Our client is a leader in medical devices, established with a global presence. As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join their team to support the global teams.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Holds a Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, or similar.
- Comes with at least 7 - 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or similar roles.
- Experienced in sales analytics, sales performance reporting, and data management.
- Strong project management, senior stakeholder management, and presentations skills.
- Ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
