Asiatic Thai Sdn Bhd, a leading spa and massage company in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Kepong. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to support the overall success of our spa operations.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handling guest appointments procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues and complains in a timely and effective manner.
• Upselling our spa services and treatment to enhance the guest experience and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge about our facilities, services, and provide the suitable treatment recommendations to guests.
• Accurately processing payments and handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Providing administrative support, such as managing therapist availability, making reservations, and maintaining guest records.
