About the role

This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) role for 12 months. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Kuala Lumpur, you’ll be a key driver of our growth journey—discovering, engaging, and securing the top talent that moves us forward. You’ll lead end‑to‑end recruitment across the dynamic APJ region, partnering across a mix of technical, support, go‑to‑market, and corporate strategy roles. You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate thrives in high‑volume hiring, expertly juggling multiple priorities, and quickly adapting in a fast‑paced, global environment where every hire shapes our future. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

What You Will Do

Talent Strategy & Market Intelligence

• Use talent insights and market signals to not just hire— but shape how we compete for the best.
• Support key TA projects such as EVP development, hiring guides, and process improvements that help strengthen how we attract and hire talent.
• Collaborate closely with global and regional TA teams to share market trends and optimize hiring strategies.
