Position Overview
The Senior / Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across Vantage. This individual will focus on the interview process intentionally seeking a diversity of candidates. The TA Partner will use our values and strive for greatness to guide and develop the next generation of employees to empower Vantage Data Centers to continue to succeed in achieving its mission and vision. This individual may be asked to assist the Global HR team with additional projects.
Essential Job Functions
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
- Build pipelines of high-caliber and a diverse group of candidates using modern sourcing techniques.
- Leverage market insights to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.
Interviewing & Selection
Lead structured interview processes to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.Provide mentoring to hiring managers on candidate evaluation and selection.Ensure timely and data-informed hiring decisions.Candidate Experience & Branding
Deliver a perfect and engaging candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.Represent Vantage’s employer brand across digital platforms and industry events.Champion our values and culture in every candidate interaction.Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner with HR, Compensation, and department heads to define roles and align on hiring priorities.Collaborate with teams across Engineering, IT, Finance, Site Operations, and more.Handle relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.Process Excellence & Compliance
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and report on key hiring metrics.Maintain compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.Continuously improving recruitment processes through innovation and feedback.Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting required.Minimum 3 years of experience Sourcing preferred.Data Center experience is a plus but not required.Construction or Engineering hiring experience, open to consider recruitment agencies background from the same space.Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking System(s).Experience with full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, recruiting, scheduling and interviewing in-house.Diversity hiring experience a plus.Travel required is expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves.Other Information
