Strategize, design and lead the implementation of deposits-led acquisition initiatives and campaigns to acquire customers with Growth (loan and wealth cross-sell) potential in line with CASA account and customer growth targets for the financial year. Collaborate with CSD on sourcing partnerships for new CASA acquisition. Align decision-making stakeholders from concept to proposals. Align CSD on set and agreed objectives. Work with digital marketing teams in Segment and with media agencies to implement digital and offline marketing and creative execution, marketing campaign strategies and implementation for deposits-led acquisition growth initiatives and ensure digital marketing optimization. Conduct periodic performance reviews of new initiatives and momentum, and propose initiatives to close gaps. Customer Experience & Digital
Lead and champion the end customers' experience on our services and digital journey. Diagnose customer pain points, needs and build journey mappings based on consumer empathy and persona. Provide thought leadership to identify jobs-to-be-done and value dimensions across functional, emotional, and social aspects in digital proposition expansion strategies. Partner with GTO to design and define the UI / UX of onboarding, usage and engagement on our digital apps and platforms. Diagnose, identify and lead initiatives to improve customer advocacy metrics like NPS and referral rates. Digital Channels, Acquisition & Marketing
Lead growth of CASA acquisition with digitized channels (eKYC). Collaborate with digital marketing teams to implement digital and offline marketing and creative execution, marketing campaign strategies and implementation for deposits-led acquisition growth and ensure digital marketing optimization. Set up effective marketing performance tool platforms (e.g., Insider) to track customer behavior landing on ABMB marketing assets. Lead strategic product messaging discussions with marketing to differentiate products with unique selling points. Communicate vision and value of new products to the sales team (Telesales & Branch sales) and develop sales tools that facilitate selling. Plan and participate in the launch of new services (e.g., eKC) and products with product teams. Leverage marketing performance to improve customer experience. Conduct performance reviews of initiatives with Marketing and CSD to lower digital channel acquisition costs and improve digital marketing performance. Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience Minimum 3 years of direct experience in consumer banking Experience in portfolio strategies and portfolio analytics Experience in pricing strategy proposals Experience in implementing marketing campaigns for acquisition and growth Product development experience Possess system and operational knowledge of deposits products Good knowledge of industry deposits trends and competition pricing, products and offerings Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing deposits business Deposits product experience is an added advantage Seniority level
