Officer – Fabrics Marketing

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate sales orders promptly and accurately within assigned sales territory.
• Prepare sales quotations, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on delivery arrangements and order confirmation.
• Handle customer billing / invoicing as required and ensure timely documentation.
• Liaise closely with the production planning and logistics teams to ensure alignment of production status, delivery capabilities, and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with shipping department for advance bookings and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments (production, QA, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing operations.
• Follow up on payment collections and coordinate with the finance and banking teams for payment status and documentation.
• Responsible for the end-to-end sales and marketing processes related to fabrics marketing from prospecting to order fulfilment.
• Provide market insights, gather competitor intelligence, and support development of pricing strategies.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, sales reports, and relevant KPIs for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.
