Designer Assistant

Job descriptionTo support and assist Fashion Director during meetings and clients' appointments To support and assist in the production department. Assist in packing and shipping of products Inspection of all products Ensure neatness and cleanliness of showroom You may be required to perform other duties assigned by the supervisor / manager outside of your job scope from time to time Quality control – examining all finished product before it is presented to the customer Assist in external events – fashion show backstage and styling
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or higher qualification in Fashion Design
- Understanding design / products from a technical perspective, ie. sewing techniques and other technical specifications for designs
- Knowledge in drafting and all general aspect of clothes making, including pattern-making and sewing
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good flexibility and adaptability
- Good time management skills, able to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Monday - Saturday : 11AM - 7PM
- Lunch time : Half an hour
- Maternity leave
