Accounts Executive (AP)

Specific Responsibilities :

• a) Prepare payment vouchers & upload in bank portal.
• Do listing payment in excel (date, PV no, supplier name, bank name, invoice no.)
• Prepare the payment vouchers in autoline system
• Submit in bank online banking portal
• b) Check and record for all petty cash (sales, service and finance) and Insurance renewal
• c) Check and key in all interco stock costing (MI & ME) into WQSB's autoline system.
• d) Reconciliation for insurance customer and roadtax.
• e) Update list of supplier contract.
• f) Check and key in all parts stock costing in autoline system.
• g) Check and key in duty for parts stock costing in autoline system.
• h) Check and key in Insurance Commission to be paid in excel and import to Autoline.
• i) Prepare CP58
• j) Assist AFM / SFM to work with external auditors
