Specific Responsibilities :

a) Prepare payment vouchers & upload in bank portal.
Do listing payment in excel (date, PV no, supplier name, bank name, invoice no.)
Prepare the payment vouchers in autoline system
Submit in bank online banking portal
b) Check and record for all petty cash (sales, service and finance) and Insurance renewal
c) Check and key in all interco stock costing (MI & ME) into WQSB's autoline system.
d) Reconciliation for insurance customer and roadtax.
e) Update list of supplier contract.
f) Check and key in all parts stock costing in autoline system.
g) Check and key in duty for parts stock costing in autoline system.
h) Check and key in Insurance Commission to be paid in excel and import to Autoline.
i) Prepare CP58
j) Assist AFM / SFM to work with external auditors

Requirements :

Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent Accountancy qualification

Two years or more relevant experience

Knowledge of Autoline system will be added advantage

Possesses high level of integrity

Able to communicate well with people at all levels

An independent, highly motivated and versatile team player

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
