What's your role?

Promote products or services to customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer customer queries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers. Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies. Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information. Ensure customers receive high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly. To establish strong presence of DREAME (powered by DASHER) branding and provide high quality services to customers.

What's the skill required?

Good command of written and spoken English and 中文. Able to work 4-day week, shift rotation, 10am to 10pm. Assist customers enquiries, introduce our product to walk-in customers. A bubbly, cheerful and joyful personality.

Who's there to support you?

Training will guide you through product information. After onboard training, you will be guided by your team lead from day one as you approach walk-in customers. The team lead will be your mentor for work-related matters. You will participate in various internal sessions about market analysis and sales challenges, and are expected to contribute in brainstorming and decision-making meetings.
