Junior Executive - Administration (1 Year Contract)
Responsibilities
- HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) – Document filing, document control, and audits
- Finance – E‑invoicing document support
- Shell Retail – Changeover management and coordination with SEDA
- Operations & Maintenance (O&M) & Projects – Permitting applications, approval processes, and renewal tracking
- Procurement – Logistics clearance and ERP support for the Business Center; Document and guideline control
- Other Office Administration Duties (No details provided)
