Position Overview :
The Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media) will lead PR, media relations, and social media strategy to strengthen brand presence and engagement. Responsible for creating impactful content, managing campaigns, and building key partnerships, ensures consistent messaging and drives audience growth while staying ahead of industry trends
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop compelling content and press materials to provide a consistent, targeted and impactful message about the company's mission, values and projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Understand the iGaming industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, to effectively develop and execute PR campaigns
- Maintain key relationships with partners to inform, gain input, and support decision making
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand voice and overall communication strategy
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to optimize engagement, grow audience reach, and support lead-generation and brand awareness goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication tools to continually enhance internal communication strategies
- Proactively pitch story ideas and secure media placements in relevant media channels
- Manage crisis communications and handle media enquiries in a timely and professional manner when necessary
Requirements :
Experience : At least 5 years of experience in communications, PR, or journalism.
