We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to support our global marketing function and day-to-day marketing activities. This role, will be pivotal in driving the company's brand presence, thought leadership, and digital engagement across multiple channels.
Scope
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with global objectives
- Manage brand and public relations initiatives, including media relations, events
- Oversee social media channels and campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Red, WeChat, and other relevant platforms
- Drive thought leadership programs and create compelling B2B content in English and Simplified Chinese
- Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including lead generation campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and effective
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketingCandidates from external marketing agencies / consultancy firms are highly encouraged to applyProficiency in both English and Mandarin is mandatoryExcellent writing skills in English and Simplified Chinese for B2B thought leadership contentProven experience in media relations, social media management, and marketing lead generation campaigns including SEO / SEM, eDM, digital advertising
