As a Junior Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating software development activities and ensuring the team adheres to timelines and deadlines. You will also support the rollout of new products and features.
Coordination :
- Keep the team on track with timelines and deadlines, track bugs, and assist in rolling out new products and features.
- Share relevant documentation and reports with development teams.
- Provide information and support to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact for various working groups.
- Ensure resources and tools are always available.
- Understand and enforce formal escalation and review processes.
- Support project managers and business leaders as needed.
Teamwork :
Collaborate with team members, including business analysts and graphic designers, to develop software concepts, interface designs, and architecture, translating designs into code.Update team members regularly on progress and time estimates to ensure smooth operations.Share and receive ideas, information, and feedback actively to achieve common goals.Testing :
Review and test software components for compliance with design requirements and system behavior.Implement test automation to deliver code faster and with quality, supporting rapid release cycles.Research :
Research solutions to coding and performance issues.Study program specifications to understand performance expectations and coding requirements.Propose or experiment with technologies, methodologies, tools, and components to enhance product robustness, resilience, and performance.Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; experience can substitute for a degree.Basic knowledge of PHP and Linux.Creative problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic with a can-do attitude.Ability to translate high-level requirements into development tasks.Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate.Ability to work at a fast pace with multiple deadlines.Skills
