Own the product development process independently from concept to launch, for both new product opportunities and improvements to existing offerings based on market analysis and customer feedback. Develop and own working strategic plan for relevant product pillar with tools like product roadmap, product requirement documents (PRD) to ensure product vision are understood and aligned across all stakeholders. Coordinate and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including commercial, user experience design, business intelligence, compliance, risk, finance, project manager, developer, quality assurance and customer care to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. Communicate roadmap changes of assignment domains with justifiable impact to stakeholders. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decision, carry out post implementation review. Good evaluation of product requirement requests, both from business owners and self-initiation with proven post launch results. Stay informed about industry developments and competitors’ product offerings. Job Requirements

Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, Finance or related Professional Certification. At least 1-3 years of experience in digital / mobile app / tech industry Analytical skills and data oriented Passion towards product development Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed Experience in online / offline payment, merchant acquisition and retention areas will be an advantage.
