You will engage with clients through consultations, presentations, roadshows, and campaigns while developing strong long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and present a full range of insurance and investment products confidently.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships through personalized financial consultation.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and apply active listening to understand client needs.
- Participate in marketing activities such as roadshows, events, booth setups , and market surveys to expand business reach.
- Set individual sales targets and track performance to achieve business goals.
- Support clients with policy servicing, claims submission, and administrative follow-ups.
- Adapt to market changes, regulatory updates, and agency best practices.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
