General Responsibilities
- To identify and develop for new potential area / customer base.
- To ensure sales revenue budget is achieved & outlet opening target is achieved.
- To ensure collection within target and to resolve outstanding / dispute account.
- To ensure low market return, high distribution and strike rate are achieved.
- To build rapport and maintain high customer service / satisfaction level in order to ensure continuous business growth.
- To consolidate on market / competitor information and recommend strategies to create competitor edge.
- To execute and evaluate Sales & Marketing promotion, Action & ad hoc plan.
- To assist superior to develop & analyze SWOT analysis for sales team to enhance competency.
- To assist superior to liaise with inter department (e.g. Marketing, Warehouse / logistic, Finance, Purchasing).
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office.Have minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience in FMCG Food Services industry.Enjoy multi tasking and capable to deliver results within tight deadline.Good interpersonal skills and computer literate.A team player who takes ownership to drive results.Good and effective communication and negotiation skills.Education
Possess Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary School, Marketing & related disciplines.
