We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage purchasing and supplies across departments, ensuring equipment and supplies are available to meet operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the functions of purchasing & supplies, in compliance with the standards and procedures as set out in village and by the Regional Purchasing Department
• Validate and generate all orders and supplies
• Provide statistic support on Purchasing and Supplies to all Department heads so they can administrate their activity
• Work with the Regional Purchasing Department for all the village’s purchasing and stock control activities.
