Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate campaign projects across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with Lazada's overall marketing & category strategy.
• Campaign strategy development
• Campaign execution and management
• Comprehensive understanding of category-specific campaign insights
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams, identifying potential roadblocks and proposing solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Assist in the assessment of campaign performance, conducting post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies.
