The Role

Ready to shape the future of tech culture in Malaysia?

As the Malaysia Marketing Lead for Nothing, you’ll define how our brand connects with a new generation of users. You’ll be at the forefront of building our presence in Indonesia, leading a growing local team and turning our bold vision into reality.

Your mission? Make Nothing the most talked‑about tech brand in Malaysia. This role isn’t about following the rulebook. It’s about taking smart, calculated risks that stand out. You’ll create social‑first campaigns, forge influential partnerships, and grow our story through earned media, all while staying true to our mission of making tech fun again.

You’ll collaborate closely with regional and global teams, using Malaysia as a launchpad for new creative ideas. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, believe in the power of brand, and want to help build something iconic from the ground up, this is your moment.

Responsibilities

You will ensure the Nothing brand is consistent across Malaysia laddering up to our global marketing strategy. You will deliver impactful campaigns that increase awareness, build community, and position our brand in pop culture. You will also play a pivotal role in managing regional publicity, social media and event marketing.

• Co‑own business goals and work closely with leadership to achieve company objectives.
• Be the owner of the country’s marketing budget & be responsible for the marketing performance portion of Indonesia’s success.
• Own Malaysia’s marketing initiatives (Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Offline Activations) to drive brand awareness, sales across our product portfolio and integrate the brand into pop culture.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Align regional initiatives with global objectives by ensuring cohesive branding, efficient asset creation, and partner satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
