Job descriptionProficiency in Mandarin (C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2–3 years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience. At least 2 years of professional experience in the finance field, such as financial analysis, credit control, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or finance business partnering. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 5 Working Days (Mon-Fri; 11am-8pm) Training Provided Allowance Provided Medical leave & Annual leave EPF & SOSCO Associate Full-time Accounting / Auditing Human Resources Services
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly / monthly vendor bill reconciliations, resolve disputes, and process payments on time.
- Maintain accurate records of reconciliations, disputes, and payments.
- Identify process blockers and report to solution teams for resolution.
- Configure billing / settlement systems with accurate rules and rate cards.
- Prepare settlement operation reports and share insights with stakeholders.
- Validate new product features and report defects to solution teams.
- Respond to seller shipping fee queries within agreed timelines.
