Hospitality Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of the Senior Hospitality Assistant.
• Support the execution of daily menus in alignment with patients’ dietary needs and requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen, food storage, and service areas.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist in serving meals, beverages, and refreshments to patients and staff purchase.
• Refill and restock kitchen supplies and consumables as required.
• Receive, inspect, and store food deliveries and supplies in accordance with safety protocols.
• Label and store food items appropriately to preserve freshness and quality.
• Provide assistance during meal times, including setting up trays and clearing used utensils.
• Work closely with the Senior Hospitality Assistant and Dietitian to ensure smooth meal service operations.
• Participate in basic training sessions and skill development as assigned.
