Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Kajang. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing their needs, and providing product information. Additional tasks include managing sales transactions, handling inquiries, and after sales. The role also involves collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

A sales commission is awarded based on minimum revenue required monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical products (training will be provided)
• Proficiency in managing sales transactions and using sales software
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Previous experience in the audio-visual industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is beneficial
