Job descriptionConduct thorough feasibility studies for new products in the Malaysian market, analyzing customer needs and market trends. Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking activities to identify strengths and weaknesses of competitor products. Collaborate with marketing, sales, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet customer needs and align with business objectives. Bachelor’s degree in, Product Management, or a related field Proven experience in product management or related roles within the mechanical engineering sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
This role involves managing product development projects from conception to launch, conducting market feasibility studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Assist in managing the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and feasibility studies to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Create and maintain project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
