We are inviting inspirational and independent individuals to take on the role of Business Development Support to support business expansion. You will be working helping in hands with me, providing real-time support to create a better client experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Take over from the director on new business closed and complete submission; follow up with clients / business partners to ensure timely inception of new business.
- Handle post‑sales follow‑up by creating financial portfolio summaries, monitoring and assisting with existing clients’ portfolio reviews.
- Attend to day‑to‑day communication with clients & business partners and manage secretarial & administrative work ranging from renewals, claims and servicing.
- Assist in social media content creation for marketing and better outreach to general publics & clients.
- Research financial products in the market and identify the most suitable solutions for clients.
- Conduct joint field work with the director in sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Good interpersonal skills in liaising with different stakeholders.Independent and strong learning capacity.Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to perform under timelines.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).Experience and knowledge in the financial industry is an advantage but not required.On‑the‑job training will be provided.Remote work mode is adopted and suitable for individuals who need a flexible work arrangement.
