Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role as a Regional Business Process Excellence (BPE) Manager - APAC based in Penang. The role involves driving process improvement initiatives, enhancing operational excellence, and developing business processes to align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, implementing standardized solutions, and ensuring alignment with global best practices. The position also requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business process standardization, TCA and sustainability assessment, and continual improvements
• Lead or assist the implementation of strategic / complex new‑business‑win projects / internal CEVA projects (operational and system aspect)
• Manage business requirements for both Operations and IT systems with customers
• Ensuring process compliance through trainings of fellow BPE team members and Operations team members
• Work with operations to develop and deliver opportunities for improvements with actionable deployment plans
• Support bottom‑up continuous improvement through station level adoption of Lean practices (i.e. KAIZEN)
• Assist in monitoring and analysing Operational KPI (in terms of quality, productivity, compliance)
• Support ground stations and command centres in CEVA Transport Classification Assessment (TCA) implementation
• Ensure maintenance / refreshing of Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Training slides and process documentations
• Assist in onboarding processes related to new products and businesses
