IT Manager

Responsibilities

• To monitor security compliance in accordance with TIS standards, policies and procedure.
• To serve as the technical and communication liaison to and from stakeholders and office key user for TIS communications, innitiatives, need assessments,etc.
• To responsible for procurement, installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software(includes PCs,server,networking equipment, operating system and other software)
• To provide new staff with PC and account setup.
• To serve as the IT point of contact and accountable for the IT position of new office setup, office expansions, and etc.this includes relocation and / or installation of LAN and PC equipment.
• To responsible for local IT vendor, contract and outsourcing management.
• To responsible for monitoring data backups in office to ensure that they are completed on a regular basic.
• To Keep up to date with IT system in the workplace while having an understanding of emerging technologies.
• Any other duties as assigned by Management.
