Job Description : Kitchen
- Responsible for food preparation.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, quantity temperature and presentation of each food served.
- Quick in food preparation and able to cope with fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ensure freshness of food ingredients and raw materials, keeping track of FIFO.
- Ensure minimum wastage in food preparation and washer duty.
- Maintaining the kitchen equipment / utensils at utmost cleanliness and hygiene.
- Any other duties as and when being assigned by manager
Waiter,Waitress
Receive orders and serve customers requests completely in a timely manner.Understand menu content and any promotional activities.Keep your service area clean, tidy and well prepared including toilet area.Answer guests queries in a polite and helpful manner.Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for restaurant guests .Any other duties as and when being assigned by managerRequirements :
Experience 2 years working in the food and beverage industry.Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidayAble to work in the environment which serve Alcohol
