A Japanese Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, serves fresh buckwheat noodles, tempura, and others.

Working Location : KL

Working hours : 5 days in a week

Lunch shift 10 : 00am-7 : 30pm / 90min break (3 : 00-4 : 30pm)

Dinner shift 12 : 30pm-10 : 00pm / 90min break (3 : 00-4 : 30pm)

Job Description : Kitchen

Responsible for food preparation.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, quantity temperature and presentation of each food served.
Quick in food preparation and able to cope with fast-paced kitchen environment.
Ensure freshness of food ingredients and raw materials, keeping track of FIFO.
Ensure minimum wastage in food preparation and washer duty.
Maintaining the kitchen equipment / utensils at utmost cleanliness and hygiene.
Any other duties as and when being assigned by manager

Waiter,Waitress

Receive orders and serve customers requests completely in a timely manner.

Understand menu content and any promotional activities.

Keep your service area clean, tidy and well prepared including toilet area.

Answer guests queries in a polite and helpful manner.

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for restaurant guests .

Any other duties as and when being assigned by manager

Requirements :

Experience 2 years working in the food and beverage industry.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holiday

Able to work in the environment which serve Alcohol
