Job descriptionPhD or Medical Doctor (MD) qualification is required. Experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Background in specialty care areas such as oncology, hematology, immunology or related fields. Ability to interpret clinical data and communicate scientific information effectively. Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. People management experience would be an advantage
Our client is a global pharmaceutical company seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to join its team in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute medical strategies to support specialty care products.
- Provide medical expertise in cross-functional discussions and decision-making.
- Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to share scientific insights.
- Review and ensure accuracy of medical materials for promotional and non-promotional use.
- Support clinical development, including investigator-initiated studies and real-world evidence projects.
- Conduct medical training for internal teams to enhance product knowledge.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
