About the Role

We're hiring a

Project Coordinator

who's ready to work at the crossroads of science, business, and communication. This role combines product development, project coordination, and public speaking. You'll help turn great ideas into world-class wellness products — and clearly communicate the science behind them.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in

pharmacy, nutrition, naturopathy, food science, or medical sciences

— or for someone with sharp instincts, a strong voice, and the drive to make things happen. If you're a fast learner, confident communicator, and ready to grow on a global stage, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Formulation & Scientific Messaging

• Support new product development with ingredient and science input
• Translate complex information into clear product messaging
• Help create content for training, product briefs, and educational use
• Ensure all communication reflects safety, science, and brand positioning
