JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the Senior Brand Manager in executing marketing and brand-building activities for our portfolio of luxury perfume brands. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing plans, retail activations, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong interest in beauty and fragrances, and a passion for brand growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Support & Implementation
- Assist in the execution of brand and marketing strategies under the guidance of the Brand Manager.
- Coordinate with principals and brand partners to support the adaptation of global brand guidelines and assets for local campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoint retail, digital, and communications.
Marketing Campaign Execution
Manage the rollout of brand campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal initiatives.Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies for the development of visuals, POS materials, packaging, and campaign collaterals.Support the execution of in-store and digital brand activations, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.Retail & Trade Marketing
Liaise with the retail team to ensure brand visibility and proper merchandising in stores.Monitor promotional execution and in-store visuals; gather feedback and suggest improvements.Assist in organizing training sessions and preparing product knowledge tools for the sales team.Content & Communication
Work closely with the Digital and PR teams to ensure brand content is engaging, aligned, and localized where necessary.Assist in crafting brand decks, campaign overviews, launch toolkits, and monthly highlights for internal and external stakeholders.Analysis & Reporting
Track and compile post-campaign evaluations, sales performance reports, and competitor insights for review by the Brand Manager.Monitor market trends and customer feedback to provide on-the-ground brand performance insights.Budget & Administrative Support
Help manage A&P budgets by raising POs, tracking expenditures, and ensuring timely payment to vendors and agencies.Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks related to events, samples, and product launches.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing; experience in luxury beauty or FMCG is a plus.Strong coordination and execution skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage timelines effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with design and digital tools is an advantage.Analytical and data-oriented, with the ability to translate findings into meaningful actions.A self-starter with passion for beauty, fragrance, and luxury retail.Seniority level
