Overview

Primarily on‑air business journalism from our KL studio, anchoring market opens / closes, breaking news, and live analysis for a 12‑hour global stream.

Minimum 1-2 years of business journalism experience required.

Responsibilities

Present what you write : craft the scripts / headlines you deliver on camera; book and brief guests , then lead or co‑host the live interviews.

Drive the daily hand‑off : coordinate with the Toronto newsroom on rundowns, tosses, and cross‑promos to ensure a seamless KL→Toronto transition.

Work live off terminals , fact‑check on the fly, and uphold compliance while you're on air.

Ability to work rotating shifts to cover market opens / closes and provide continuous coverage for global stream operations.
