- 1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Own the end-to-end segment marketing strategy and planning for all B2B segments.
- Align marketing and activation activities with segment sales objectives and customer needs.
- 2. Market Insight & Proposition Development
- Champion market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies tailored to each segment.
- 3. Campaign, Event & Activation Execution
- Lead the planning and flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, events, activations, and sponsorships.
- Oversee logistics, budget, vendor relationships, and ensure impactful customer experiences.
- 4. Maxis Business Innovation Centre (MBIC) Management
- Strategically manage and optimise the MBIC as a showcase for Maxis Business solutions.
- Ensure premium customer engagement, daily operations, and technology infrastructure.
- 5. Sales Enablement & Lead Management
- Equip sales teams with insights, training, and tools to engage prospects.
- Establish and optimise lead qualification and handoff processes with Sales.
- 6. Performance Management & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs for all marketing, events, and MBIC activities.
- Provide regular, data-driven performance reviews and actionable insights to senior management.
- 7. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage Segment Marketing, Events & Activation, and Innovation Centre Specialists.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and operational excellence.
- 8. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison with internal teams (Sales and Product / Solutions) and external partners (vendors, agencies).
- Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of all activities with business goals.
