MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We are a growing metal fabrication manufacturing company seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage all daily maintenance operations and facility-related tasks.

Location Notice : We will be relocating to Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor soon and applicants residing nearby or willing to relocate are strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery and equipment are functioning optimally.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to avoid equipment failure.
• Ensure proper record of repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and ensure availability of critical spare parts.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Manage manpower and monitor subordinate performance.
• Oversee and ensure the completion of daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks on all equipment, machinery and facility systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to improve system reliability and performance.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superior / management to ensure task assigned to be completed efficiently.
