Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our HR team. This role will primarily support global HR operations across various countries (including but not limited to Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, and China), while also assisting in aligning regional practices with HQ standards.
You will work closely with both local and regional teams to manage end-to-end HR processes, contribute to global compliance and audit readiness, and support our people strategy in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the end-to-end payroll process using the MyWave Payroll system. This includes preparing payroll data, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters and documentation for employees in regional offices.
- Support global mobility programs, including visa and work permit applications when required.
- Provide assistance in employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) matters across regions.
- Support the development and harmonization of global compensation & benefits and company policies.
- Assist in training and development planning, TNA exercises, and implementation tracking.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
- Assist in HR compliance and audit activities related to ISO, RBA, TAPA, R2, and customer audits.
- Participate in studying, drafting and standardization of global HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and support payroll system processes across countries.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time, including assistance with local HR matters when required.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a regional or MNC setting.Strong understanding of HR operations and employment practices across Asia is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage , especially for communication with China and Taiwan.High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is an advantage.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
