We are looking for a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to drive the Company’s digital marketing efforts and act as the key point of expertise within the team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns, while also guiding junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional departments. The Digital Marketing Manager will balance hands-on execution with leadership, ensuring our digital presence supports business growth and brands visibility.
Job Description / Responsibility :
Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Serve as the subject matter expert for digital channels, tools, and analytics.
Provide guidance and mentorship to digital marketing executives or interns.
Act as the bridge between the management, marketing team and other departments for integrated campaigns.
Campaign Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO / SEM, and email marketing.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with external vendors, creative teams, or agencies when required.
Content & Branding
Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital channels.
Lead the creation and curation of engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Support influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies, recommending new approaches.
Prepare reports on campaign performance and propose improvements to maximise ROI.
Support the Head of Marketing in budget planning and resource allocation discussions.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in campaign management.
Strong expertise in SEO / SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms.
Hands-on experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently while guiding and supporting junior colleagues.
