Asst Manager / Mgr, Influencer Marketing

Overview

• Develop, implement and manage influencer marketing strategies with clear objectives to drive brand visibility.
• Initiate and lead both internal and external projects, from influencer sourcing to ongoing performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies and regulatory standards in all influencer activities.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Brand and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful influencer-led campaigns.
• Manage influencer agencies, including outreach, selection and negotiation, to achieve campaign KPIs.
• Identify and engage new influencers aligned with the brand’s DNA for long-term partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with influencers to support business goals.
• Oversee and review influencer-generated content to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and deliver actionable reports to optimize ROI.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative influencer content ideas.
• Coordinate live commerce activities in collaboration with Marketing, Creative and Influencers.
