Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company’s overall goals. (e.g. revenue growth, store expansion, market share improvement)
Identify new business opportunities, potential locations, and market expansion strategies.
Connect with parties in China to ensure smooth coordination in sourcing, product development and operational support.
Operational Management
Oversee daily F&B operations of all outlets to ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze key metrics (e.g., table turnover rate, average transaction value, sales per square foot) to develop optimization strategies.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage the outlet's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, aiming to meet or exceed budgeted sales targets and control costs effectively.
Monitor and manage food cost percentage with a strong focus on portion control, waste reduction, and accurate ordering.
Control manpower cost percentage through effective scheduling, productivity monitoring, and management of overtime.
Lead, train, and motivate management teams to achieve performance targets and uphold the company’s values.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for staff.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company quality standards across all outlets.
Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure all licenses and permits are valid.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management / Business or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years F&B management experience, preferably in multi-outlet operations.
Proven track record in business growth and operational management.
Significant experience with Chinese cuisine and / or seafood operations is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Ability to travel between outlets and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
